Welcome
Thank you for stopping by to share this time with the VTOC family. Please take a moment to peruse the next few pages so that you may be aware of all of the opportunities that Victory Temple has to offer. We are excited about the season that we’re in. We’ve seen God do great things among us and we are in great expectation of what’s to come. It is our prayer that you will consider joining us for one of our worship opportunities where every experience is an encounter with God.
God Bless,
Pastor Quintarro Smith

Biography
Pastor Quintarro T. Smith
Born and raised in Cleveland County, North Carolina by his beautiful mother, Mrs. Malon T. Brown and reared along in life by his father, the late Elder Kenneth H. Smith & Lady Carol B. Smith. Pastor Quintarro Tre’mell Smith is the baby boy of one brother and four sisters.
Pastor Quintarro Smith was reared from an early age to pursue his purpose in life and the will of God for his life. Pastor Smith received his education through the Cleveland County School System. He is currently employed with Gaston County School and recently obtained his degree in Elementary Education at Belmont Abbey College.
Pastor Quintarro Smith heard the call of ministry at the early age of 13 years old; not fully understanding the mandate, his eagerness of ministry and the desire to be educated, he answered the call years later in October 2010. Pastor Smith was ordained and licensed as an Elder in 2013 under his spiritual father, the late Bishop Zavier H. Terrill Sr. and New Jerusalem Rebirth & Restoration Fellowship Ministried International in Shelby, N.C. After much prayer and release from his Spiritual Father, Overseer-Elect Ra’Shan Wilson, Pastor Smith currently serves as the Pastor & Founder of Victory Temple Outreach Center Kings Mountain, N.C. As well as the Worship Pastor at Chosen City Church Charlotte, N.C. with Pastor Walther Bowers.
Pastor Quintarro Smith’s testimony goes far beyond his ministerial profile would allow but know that his heart is to serve his heavenly father, for he holds a word for the young and old. His testimony everywhere he goes is derived from Romans 8:28 “And we know that all things work together for the good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.”
